"Mr. Goodfellow." Puck snapped his attention away from his copy of A Midsummer Night's Dream, his face turning red when he saw that everyone had left. With a sheepish grin, he picked up his books and made his way out the door, trying to avoid the teacher's glare. Puck had been so absorbed in the story, he hadn't heard the bell. he had read it dozens of time already but it always managed to hold his attention whenever he picked it up. He made his way to the cafeteria, filling his tray with food, all vegetarian of course. He made his way out of the crowded lunchroom, making his way to a familiar spot beneath an large oak tree. Finishing his food quickly, he took out his flute, playing the beginning notes of the song he had been writing in class.

Clopin, who was sitting nearby, kept studying his lines, until he felt that he was comfortable enough to say them in front of the large crowds they normally attracted during shows. Clopin turned to throw his trash away, and as he did, he saw Puck playing his flute to some song. Being the mischievous type, Clopin decided to surprise his classmate...just for fun, of course. He moved towards the large oak tree in a few swift moves, going as quietly as possible. Nobody could ever detect his steps, but he was never too sure with Puck. The gypsy quickly ascended up the tree, still keeping quiet as he did so. When he was in the correct position, he silently watched Puck's little performance, waiting for the perfect chance to strike.

Puck gave a sigh into his flute, his song reaching a particularly sad note. It wasn't like the boy to be sad, but today just felt...different. He was bored, but that wasn't it. He just felt like he needed something new; a fresh start. He paused a moment, thinking that he heard something behind him. Glancing up at the branches of the tree, but seeing nothing, he continued with his song.

Clopin kept watching, as he enjoyed the music. However, the song had reached somewhat of a sad note, and the atmosphere held a melancholy feeling. Clopin then decided to try and lift the atmosphere by doing what he had intended. With a swift drop, he was soon only a few inches from Puck's face, being that he was on the lowest branch. "Well, I must say, that's quite a lovely song." he said with a laugh.

Puck jumped back, startled by the boy's sudden appearance. He dropped his flute, his hand flying to his chest as he said, "Ahh!" His heart rate slowing down, he looked up at the darker-skinned teenager in annoyance. "Don't scare me like that!" Slowly, though, his frown turned to a grin, and soon he was laughing at the situation. "Oh, Lord," he said, wiping a tear from his eye. "And thank you." Catching sight of another boy walking towards them, Puck raised an eyebrow. "Hello," he said. "Thank you. And, you are?"

Puck took the boy's hand shaking it firmly. "Pleasure to meet you, Garnar. I'm Puck. The Puck," he said with a smirk. "And as for Clopin, we're already acquainted. He's in a few of my classes," the boy explained, absentmindedly running a hand through his shoulder-length white hair. He pulled up his blue skinny jeans as he stood, leaning against the trunk of the tree.

Clopin rolled his eyes and sighed. Of course, it was always customary for Garnar to ruin moments where Clopin had thought he could make a new friend. "Garnar, he already knows me." he said, still hanging upside down by his feet, which was the only thing keeping him on the tree. They still had a lot of time left; Principal Mickey was generous with time, and Clopin was somewhat glad for it. The happy expression that had been on his face was now replaced by his normally bored face.

Puck glanced at Clopin, unsure to be perfectly honest. He never paid much attention in class. He was always too busy thinking about ways to get out of going back to his house. His parents were both heads of two major companies in the town, and their large estate was a bit too much for Puck to handle. "Uh, English, and..drama, I believe," he answered, shrugging.

Ty Lee walked into the cafeteria with a smile on her face. Most of the boys gawked at her. She was starting to get annoyed by it. "Pardon me boys, but if you are done staring at me i would like to get my lunch." she said and pushed her way back to where the food was being served. As she made her way back to the tables she noticed some of the girls with pompoms and talking about hair and nails. They were beauitful. Prettier than she would ever be, they probably had boyfriends too. "Who am i kidding? I don't need them, time to start fresh." she said outloud laughing nervoulsy to herself

"Yes, you're correct, Puck." Clopin said, nodding in approval. "And sadly enough, drama is our last period..it sucks having to wait until the end of the day." he said, sticking out his tongue in annoyance. "My next period is history." All of a sudden, the branch that Clopin was on started to shudder a bit, and it cracked. "Merde." Clopin muttered, as he began to fall. He then let out a yelp of surprise as his head hit the ground next to Puck. He quickly sat back up, rubbing his head as he looked up at the tree. "I'm not even that heavy!" he shouted at the plant. With a turn to Puck and Garnar, he narrowed his eyes. "Yes, I yell at inanimate objects. I'm sure either one of you has done that before too." he said.
