Aleu was howling at the sky with Buster. She was glad she ran off because if she didn't, she would have never met her new father. She stopped howling as she nuzzled Buster. "I love you daddy." she said. "I love you too sweetheart." replied Buster.

Jenna looked up as she heard a wolves howl. She spied to dog like shapes in the distance. She walked around the corner and gasped. It was Aleu! Jenna almost cried when she saw her, but her gaze hardened as she saw Aleu nuzzle an older dog. "Hey! You! Step away from my daughter!" She shouted and growled at him.

Aleu darted behind Buster when she heard the voice she didn't wanna hear. Buster growled as he looked toward Jenna. "Your daughter? She's my daughter now!" he snapped as Aleu looked at him with admiration in her eyes.

"Your daughter!!!" Jenna cried out, and trotted towards the Doberman. "I have never heard such tales! Aleu is my daughter and always will be! No matter what!" Jenna snapped.

"You are not my mother and Balto is not my father. Buster's my daddy now!" spoke up Aleu as rage burned in her eyes.

Jenna whined as Aleu spoke up. "Aleu! How can you ever say such a thing! Me and your father where worried sick when you ran off." Jenna explained, her eyes full of sorrow.

Not too far down the street, a single trash can toppled to the ground, the crash a dull racket as it echoed off of the alley' brick wall. The dark-furred female crouched beside it flinched, her furry ears flicking back towards her neck for a moment as she glanced around, hesitating lest a rat or other unsavory character show up to investigate.
Slim, trim and full of spunk, Rita was the very picture of a street-born Saluki, her dark coat almost made for slipping in and out of the shadowed alleys she relied on for food and shelter. She hadn't seen a single building she knew for days- a fact which worried her even more than the fact that she had gone to sleep on a cracked desert only to wake in what had first felt like the center of New York City. Now, hungry and confused, Rita was finally beginning to wonder how much of her reality she was imagining.

Now this is what being a free dog is all about! Scamp thought as he walked down the street. "No rules, no responsibilities, and best of all I get to stay up all night! This is fantastic!" Scamp exclaimed as he leaped into the air. He came crashing down when the sudden sound of something large hitting the ground and the sound of other dogs talking reached his ears. He cringed upon landing, having not expected his happy thoughts to be interrupted so suddenly. Scamp shook himself as he slowly got back on his feet and glanced around, looking for the causes of the sounds.
To his right he saw a Saluki who looked very confused, and to his left he spotted what appeared to be a young wolf, an Akita, and... no. It couldn't be. Scamp's eyes went wide when he took a closer look at the other dog. "Buster? What's he doing here?" Scamp asked no one in particular. He wanted to bound over to Buster and demand an explanation, but Scamp stayed rooted to his spot. Instead, he glanced over at the Saluki again and tilted his head to the side, wondering what he should do.

Aleu looked up to her father as she saw him growl at the gray colored pup. "Hey, how do you know daddy?" she asked the other pup as she glanced at Buster.

Scamp flinched. Oh great, they noticed me. He thought. After reasoning that there was no since in just standing there now that he had been spotted, Scamp took a deep breath and approached the conversing dogs. At least, he thought they were all dogs. He wasn't quite sure about the wolfish looking dog. "Heh... h-hey, Buster. Long time no see, huh?" Scamp asked nervously.

Aleu shrunk back when Buster stepped foward. "And what are you doing here?" Buster asked Scamp as he growled. "Uh-oh, daddy's getting pissed." warned Aleu as she watched Buster.

"Well... I was just... uh... out for a city stroll. Takin' in the nature." Scamp said as coolly and smoothly as he could. "Just what are you doing here, though? And who is she?" he asked after a moment, pointing a paw at Aleu as he did.

Buster growled. "Listen here, I have every right to be here and her name is Aleu." he snapped as he glared at Scamp.

"Ok, ok, no need to be snappy." Scamp said as he took a couple of steps back. He groaned inwardly. Why had he chosen to come out when Buster had? "I was just... curious is all." he added.
He then turned to Aleu, who had been silent thus far in the little conversation, and tilted his head to the side. "If you don't mind my asking, what are you doing with Buster?" he asked.

Angel walked up to the scene, she saw Buster. This could only be a bad thing. She also saw Scamp. "What's going on?" she asked to no one impaticular.
